  • Rocky Mountain Computer Products (RMCP) warrants all of its supplies for use in photocopiers, duplicators, faxes and printers. Each product has been specifically manufactured for use in the corresponding machines as described by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM).

  • RMCP and OEM-compatible cartridges are warranted to be free of defects in both materials and workmanship. These cartridges are manufactured and remanufactured to the most stringent quality control standards possible, guaranteeing performance that meets or exceeds that of the OEM.

  • RMCP also warrants that subject to the conditions stated below, and under normal use, these cartridges will not cause damage, abnormal wear, or deterioration to any compatible machine. If a defect in one of these cartridges causes a machine to fail, RMCP will reimburse the customer the full amount for service and repair. This warranty is dependent upon the customer providing RMCP with satisfactory evidence that the machine*s failure was due to a defect in the RMCP or OEM compatible cartridge, including a written statement on company letterhead, dated and signed by the field or service technician.

  • RMCP's liability hereunder shall be limited to replacement or reimbursement as stated above. This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied. The tampering of any RMCP cartridge by any person or persons, other than by a RMCP representative, voids all warranties and releases RMCP from all liability.

  • RMCP's warranty is void on all remanufactured and OEM-compatible cartridges that are more than one (1) year old from the date of purchase.

  • IN NO EVENT SHALL RMCP BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES OR LOST PROFITS FROM ANY BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY OR OTHERWISE.
